We also deliver to many countries around the world and offer different shipping options to meet your needs as listed below. Shipping costs are quoted in Australian dollars and will be added to your cart during checkout.

  • Express post parcels will be charged at a flat rate of $9.
  • Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at 1 day for express post and between 3 – 5 business days for regular post depending on your location within Australia.
  • We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

  • All orders are sent using registered post parcels and require a signature upon receipt.
  • Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3 - 10 business days depending on your location.
  • Please note that occasionally customs inspections may also delay delivery by a few days.
  • All orders are shipped from Australia. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
  • To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise".

Delivery Address Options

  • If you are sending a gift, you can provide the address of the recipient and add a personal message and gift receipt to the packing slip at no extra charge. We'll remove the prices. Click here to organise a gift.
  • When you register with us, you can register multiple delivery addresses and select the relevant address before payment.
  • Just sign in to your account before proceeding to the checkout.

Tracking Your Order

  • When you place an online order, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number and link to the delivery service.

Backorders

  • If you place an order for an item that is not available for immediate shipment, it will be "backordered."
