RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note, all clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sant and Abel will happily exchange or refund any other item(s) under the following conditions:

  • Should the item(s) have a manufacturing fault, we will offer a refund or exchange.

  • Should a different size arrive to what you originally ordered, we will also gladly offer a refund or exchange.

  • If you are not happy with the item(s), despite having no manufacturing faults and despite having received the correct size, then we will exchange the item for another of your choice.

  • All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

  • All returns must appear in perfect condition, unworn and in the original packaging with tags in place.

  • Any shipping fees associated with making returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If you do not contact us before returning the item/s, you run the risk of not receiving your refund or exchange. We do not take responsibility for any lost packages.

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges on International orders.

    Ensure you fill in all relevant contact and order details and the reason for the return (it helps to make our pjs better).

REFUND PROCESS

  • To provide a smooth refund process, please clearly reference your purchase confirmation number, proof of purchase and contact details on the exchange/return form.

  • Once the item(s) have been received by Sant and Abel and they adhere to the set guidelines, a refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.

  • Please note that this could take up to 30 days after receipt before appearing in your account.

  • All orders are refunded in Australian dollars to the card used at the time of the original purchase. Your credit card company will calculate the current exchange rate automatically.



EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • To provide a smooth exchange process, please clearly reference your purchase confirmation number, proof of purchase and contact details.

  • Before sending your exchange, please fill out the refund/exchange form included in your parcel and indicate what type of exchange you'd like to make or specify if you would like a gift card to use at a later date (valid for six months).

  • All shipping fees associated with the exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
