Refund policy
We want you to love your Sant and Abel pieces. If something isn't right, here's everything you need to know about returning or exchanging your order.

Full-priced items
You have 21 days from delivery to return for a refund, and 30 days for an exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags and drawstring bag packaging intact.
Sale and promotional items
Items purchased during limited edition sales (including Memorial Day, EOFY, Black Friday, and similar events) are final sale, eligible for exchange or store credit only, not refunds. Fees

| Returns for refund | A $6 handling fee is deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs are at your expense and non-refundable. |
| Refund timeline | Issued to your original payment method within 21 days of us receiving your return. Please allow up to 30 days for it to appear in your account. |
Conditions
To be accepted, your return must meet all of the following:
| Condition | Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from stains or odours |
| Tags and packaging | Original tags must be intact and the matching drawstring bag must be included with your return |
| Timeframe | Postmarked within 21 days of delivery for refunds, 30 days for exchanges |
| Swimwear | Must be tried on over underwear with the hygiene strip intact |
| Shipping method | Must be sent with a trackable service. Sant and Abel is not responsible for lost returns. |

Please contact us before sending anything back. This helps us process your return or exchange as quickly as possible. Items returned without prior contact may not be processed.
Holiday and sale policies
Holiday period
Our standard 21-day return policy applies for regular-priced items. To make gift shopping stress-free, any item purchased during this period can be exchanged within 60 days of receipt, or returned for a store credit valid for six months.
Black Friday and End of Year Sale
All discounted sale items are final sale, no exceptions. Regular-priced items purchased with a BFCM or EOY promo code are eligible for an exchange within 60 days, or a store credit valid for six months. The promo code cannot be used outside the sale period or combined with other offers.
A few other things to know
International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
